Mental Toughness Workbook – First Steps


The Mental Toughness workbook is your opportunity to learn about yourself, acknowledge your strengths, build on your weaknesses, accept your feelings, build skills to navigate life’s challenges, see obstacles and failures as opportunities, and celebrate your successes.

This workbook is comprised of numerous practices and information which follow the TM Scarfe Model for Mental Toughness. The workbook is divided into 6 domains: self-efficacy, commitment, attitude, resilience, focus, and emotional agility.
